About the role
As an Account Manager for SMB restaurant partners in Italy, you will act as the trusted advisor for top‑tier eateries using Glovo’s platform. You’ll combine data‑driven insights with industry knowledge to help partners grow their business and increase revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise menu, pricing and promotions.
- Drive revenue by designing and executing targeted marketing activations and smart promotions.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams to deliver customised solutions.
- Own partner revenue targets and report on measurable results.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in sales, account management or business consulting, preferably in FMCG, tech, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Native‑level Italian and strong English communication skills.
- Data‑oriented problem‑solver with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
