Aerospace Field Engineer

About the role

Scalian is seeking an experienced Aerospace Field Engineer to join its team and support strategic upgrades and daily operations of aerospace facilities. You will work on CAPEX projects, ensure compliance with technical standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing CAPEX investment projects for plant and infrastructure upgrades.
• Perform quality control, measurements, data analysis, and inspections to meet regulatory and technical requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain up‑to‑date plant documentation for traceability.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability through measurement systems analysis.
• Develop technical specifications and requirements for plant systems and maintenance activities.
• Oversee plant operations and facility services to ensure safety and operational continuity.
• Utilise digital tools to optimise maintenance management software and processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Hydraulic, or Management Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in aerospace or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamic fluid systems such as pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, refrigeration machines, and air handling units.
• Methodical, accurate, and able to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
