Role Overview
- Join TELUS Digital’s global AI Community to evaluate, enrich, and validate high‑quality audio datasets.
- Work on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text‑to‑Speech (TTS), and Voice AI systems to improve naturalness, accuracy, and cultural relevance of AI‑generated voices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the quality of synthetic voices.
- Correct ASR transcriptions.
- Perform professional audio editing (segmentation, noise reduction, silence adjustment).
- Conduct spectrographic analysis of recordings.
- Create training datasets for model development.
- Collaborate closely with data science, linguistics, and product development teams.
Location & Flexibility
- Freelance position based in Rome with partial remote work options.
- Maximum flexibility while influencing how AI listens, understands, and communicates worldwide.
