App Developer (m/w/x)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated App Developer to join our growing digital team. You will design, develop and maintain high‑quality mobile applications that support our connected solutions and improve user experience across Europe. The role works in a flexible hybrid setup, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and occasional on‑site sessions at our hub in Italy or other EU locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile applications following technical and architectural standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clean, efficient, well‑documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in development, test and production environments.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, testers and other developers throughout the lifecycle.
• Support deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of applications.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance and data‑protection requirements.
• Work with Cloud Platform and Firmware teams to deliver end‑to‑end integrated solutions.
• Propose enhancements to processes, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs and data integration.
• Proven experience developing applications in a professional software environment.
