Banking & Finance Lawyer/Trainee (Milan)

About the role

GA-Alliance is seeking a motivated lawyer or trainee to join its Banking & Finance practice in Milan. The successful candidate will work on complex financing transactions for both domestic and international clients, gaining exposure to a fast‑moving, cross‑border market.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate banking and finance documentation, including term sheets, facility agreements and security packages.
• Assist with due‑diligence matters and manage related documentation.
• Support the structuring and execution of corporate, real‑estate and acquisition finance deals.
• Contribute to the preparation of ancillary finance documents.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney or experienced trainee with 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance law.
• Excellent academic record (final grade above 105/110).
• Immediate availability.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Drafting and negotiating banking documentation.
• Conducting due‑diligence for corporate finance transactions.
• Experience with acquisition, leveraged and real‑estate finance structures.
