About the role
The Beauty Advisor at KIKO Milano is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, driving sales and achieving business KPIs aligned with the brand's strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist every customer with behaviour suited to their needs, while maintaining brand standards in attitude, appearance and makeup application.
- Meet customer needs through effective cross-selling of products.
- Keep management informed of issues affecting customer experience, such as trends, stock availability and store tidiness.
- Maintain qualitative standards by arranging merchandise, replenishing inventory, stocking shelves and keeping the store tidy.
- Stay informed on market trends and follow the brand's Store Book standards clarified by store managers.
- Deliver the store manager's business goals, focusing on customer experience, sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- High school degree; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of beauty products, especially particular cosmetic lines.
