About the role
We are seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the mobile games market. You will shape partnerships with game studios and publishers worldwide, acting as a commercial strategist and trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business development activities, from prospecting and cold outreach to pitching, negotiating and closing contracts with mobile game developers and publishers.
- Identify, qualify and secure new strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the mobile gaming ecosystem.
- Maintain and optimise a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and accurate conversion tracking.
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating value propositions, ROI and revenue growth opportunities to prospective partners.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to align partner needs with internal roadmaps and capabilities.
- Represent the company at international industry events, conferences and trade fairs to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Required profile
- 3‑4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in mobile gaming, app technology or digital products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building qualified pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Experience in cold lead generation and engaging key decision‑makers within technical or creative organisations.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including F2P models, SDKs, APIs and digital distribution concepts.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
