Campaign Program Manager

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Campaign Program Manager to lead the preparation and launch of field campaigns such as safety and emissions recalls. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages data integrity, and ensures timely delivery of parts and communications to dealers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute parts heads‑up and kick‑off documents to the extended team.
• Set up component kits, coordinate revisions, and obtain spare‑parts agreements from supply‑chain.
• Manage internal campaign execution tools (ERECA, E‑SIGI, WIRACE) and act as primary contact for these systems.
• Generate VIN lists in the Sagai system, define phasing, segmentation, and parts requirements per campaign.
• Ensure data accuracy, investigate issues, and lead improvements to internal tools such as CaDET.
• Research recall‑closure issues, analyse system interactions, and support continuous process improvement.
• Create communications for customers and dealers and coordinate technical information with engineering, quality, service, purchasing, warranty, finance and other functions.
• Act as process/system owner and provide backup support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign or recall management within the automotive industry.
• Strong multicultural collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
• Structured, organized, flexible and adaptable.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERECA, E‑SIGI and WIRACE tools.
• Familiarity with Sagai and CaDET systems.
