Client Advisor – Fixed Term (Nov‑Jan) – Serravalle

About the role

AMI is looking for a new ambassador for the holiday season in Serravalle, starting in November 2026 and running until the end of January 2027. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will drive sales and build lasting customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, smiling attitude and introduce them to the AMI brand.
• Understand client needs, propose relevant product selections and encourage cross‑selling.
• Assist customers during fittings, manage alterations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships to foster customer loyalty.
• Handle stock reception, integrate goods into the system, and support inventory rotations.
• Keep the store clean, well‑presented and adhere to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Participate actively in visual‑merchandising projects and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in high‑end ready‑to‑wear sales.
• Cheerful, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented, results‑driven and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Passion for fashion, good industry knowledge and trend awareness.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional language is a plus.
