About the role
Join Deutsche Bank's Corporate Advisory team in Milan as an M&A intern focused on mid‑market transactions. You will be part of a high‑deal‑flow environment, supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions while gaining hands‑on experience in financial analysis and client pitching.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day transaction execution and preparation of pitch materials.
- Draft presentations, information memoranda, and other marketing documents.
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO) and valuation datasets.
- Conduct market analysis, prepare ad‑hoc reports, and support due‑diligence processes.
- Create company and industry profiles for internal and client use.
Required profile
- Excellent academic record with international experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; near completion of a Master’s in Finance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian).
- Highly motivated, proactive team player with solid finance and accounting knowledge.
