Digital Designer – AI Experiences

About the role

Deutsche Telekom is looking for a Digital Designer specialized in AI experiences to join its Design & Customer Experience team in Milan. You will help translate emerging AI technologies into intuitive, trustworthy products that people love and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and validate AI‑driven experiences using real or simulated models, data and prompts.
• Design human‑AI interaction patterns, including flows, feedback, explanations and controls.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, engineers, product managers and other designers to embed AI capabilities into customer‑centric solutions.
• Ensure designs are transparent, ethical and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
• Turn complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly experiences.

Required profile
