About the role

The Leonardo da Vinci Higher Studies Center in Bergamo is seeking a qualified Mathematics and Science teacher for lower secondary education (class A028). The successful candidate will join a collaborative team dedicated to fostering students' academic, cultural, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lessons that promote human, cultural, and civic growth in line with national curricula.
• Plan individualized and group activities, and participate in continuous professional development.
• Adapt the school’s educational plan to meet diverse student needs.
• Select appropriate disciplinary topics and teaching methods aligned with each learner’s style.
• Communicate learning objectives, progress, and results to families.
• Assess student performance using defined learning indicators.
• Collaborate with support teachers to create individualized education plans for students with disabilities or socio‑cultural disadvantages.

Required profile

• Master’s degree qualifying for teaching.
• Teaching certification for class A028.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
