Editorial Assistant Intern (Sports Content)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate sports enthusiast to join DAZN’s Italian platform as an Editorial Assistant Intern. You will help shape how live and on‑demand content is presented to fans, turning Serie A matches and other top events into compelling experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging descriptions for live and on‑demand events.
• Craft headlines and select imagery that maximise visual impact.
• Ensure metadata accuracy and monitor content performance.
• Flag playback issues and support platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve content visibility and user engagement.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sports, especially football.
• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Sports Management or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Excellent editorial judgment, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Strong written communication in English and Italian.
