Events Intern

About the role

Join the Armani Group Events team as an Events Intern and gain hands‑on experience in luxury event management. You will support the planning and execution of corporate events and special projects, working closely with experienced colleagues to bring the brand’s vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events and special projects.
• Prepare presentations and post‑event reports.
• Track budgets, follow up on invoices, and monitor project timelines.
• Support event production activities such as location scouting, logistics, catering arrangements, and material preparation.
• Research potential suppliers, including production agencies, catering services, and PR agencies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project needs.

Required profile

• Academic background in Communication, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Creative mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.
