Finance Controller – Financial Management & Reporting

About the role

As a Finance Controller you will act as an extension of the Finance Manager, ensuring that all financial activities align with the group’s business strategy. You will provide financial guidance, oversee accounting and reporting, and support change initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, reporting, treasury and controlling in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Centre of Scale.
• Oversee accounts payable, travel & entertainment, and accounts receivable processes.
• Execute monthly closing, P&L and balance‑sheet reviews, and prepare business performance reports.
• Handle local tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards (e.g., CPP/LPP), and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling.
• Strong understanding of tax and statutory obligations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
