Front End Application Developer

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Front End Application Developer to transform visual designs into functional web and mobile applications. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and high‑performance user interfaces for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop application user interfaces using CSS3, HTML5, PHP, JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Create interactive prototypes with AJAX, JSON, jQuery, and Dojo to meet design specifications.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate APIs and modern frontend frameworks to enhance functionality and performance.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Master's degree (required).
• Strong experience in modern frontend development, particularly with React and Angular ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and user‑centered design.
• Experience with frontend tooling such as Git, npm/yarn, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
