Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

WeTransfer, now part of Bending Spoons, is looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join a high‑performing, collaborative team. You will work on products used by millions, taking ideas from concept to production while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and document systems that scale to millions of users.
• Integrate powerful AI tools into the development workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Choose and apply the right technologies for each challenge, from monoliths to microservices.
• Work with a variety of stacks, including gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python and Rust.
• Continuously simplify architectures, pipelines, and codebases for better scalability and maintainability.
