Groundskeeper / Porter for Lago Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the Lago community’s grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal. You will work closely with the service team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters, and keep storage areas tidy.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to policy and verify pool gate functionality.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate important information.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and handling complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift objects for extended periods.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
