About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for Hotel Pitrizza, a luxury property on the Costa Smeralda. The role combines project management for the upcoming LVMH takeover and day‑to‑day operational HR leadership for a team of permanent staff and seasonal contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the hotel takeover project, define the future HR vision and implement LVMH/Cheval Blanc processes and tools.
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, retention, employer branding and recruitment.
- Manage personnel administration, time‑keeping, payroll, budgeting and HR reporting.
- Develop and deliver training, talent development programs and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with Italian employment law and uphold high ethical standards.
- Foster a positive social climate and enhance the ambassador (employee) experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR leadership within the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Strong empathy, confidentiality and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the General Manager, Head of HR at HQ and the owner.
