Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking and daily HR operations. The role supports the HR team in delivering a smooth employee experience and ensuring compliance with Italian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment: define role requirements, create job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, extend offers and maintain candidate communication.
• Onboarding: prepare materials, organise orientation, assist with contracts and tax forms, introduce new hires to the team and culture, and follow up after onboarding.
• Monthly attendance management: record working hours, monitor absences, verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies and produce attendance reports for payroll.
• Employee training: identify training needs, select providers, schedule sessions, keep training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Daily HR operations: answer employee queries, maintain electronic and physical records, update HR databases, support employee‑relations matters and contribute to HR projects such as engagement activities and policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
• Familiarity with Italian labour laws (e.g., CCNL) is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self‑motivated.
