Internal Trainer & Learning Specialist

About the role

SD Worx Italy is transitioning to a new way of working after integrating F2A. This creates a unique opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training, support organisational change and act as a trusted advisor across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate learning experiences that support business transformation, delivering workshops and programmes in Italian and English.
• Guide managers and employees through organisational change, translating business changes into practical learning journeys.
• Contribute to data‑driven L&D projects, using feedback to identify needs, recommend actions and monitor risks.
• Serve as the Talent single point of contact for the market, ensuring correct application of talent processes and building strong internal relationships.
• Develop and improve learning solutions based on project outcomes, focusing on practical application and behaviour change.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both required for training delivery.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation or talent development, preferably supporting organisational change.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels.
• Resilience in environments where change creates uncertainty or resistance.

Required skills

• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven L&D projects.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
