IT Support Team Lead – Turin

About the role

You will lead a small IT Support team of three colleagues, coordinating daily tasks and long‑term projects to ensure all employees have reliable technology tools. The role is based in the Turin office and involves hands‑on technical work as well as team management.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and review tasks for the IT Support team, monitoring progress against goals.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, including software and security tool installation.
• Activate and manage user accounts, email, calendar, and collaboration tools.
• Administer SaaS applications, create new accounts, and manage permissions.
• Provide remote support for employees working off‑site.
• Manage the ticketing system, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Document common issues, create knowledge‑base articles, and share information within the team.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to keep IT infrastructure up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support or help‑desk role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small technical team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
