Junior Art Director – Creative Team (Milan)

About the role

Cheil Italy is seeking a Junior Art Director to join its Creative team in Milan. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with copywriters, strategists and campaign teams to develop and execute integrated visual concepts for both online and offline experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver experiential projects such as campaigns, activations, events and special projects.
• Interpret and respect brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists and other agency teams throughout the creative process.
• Manage daily creative operations, guiding ideas from brainstorming to final production.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Junior Art Director in an agency or design studio.
• Native Italian speaker with a professional level of English.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in cultural trends, digital subcultures and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Generative AI tools for brainstorming, mood‑boarding and rapid prototyping.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles (nice‑to‑have).
