Junior Consultant

About the role

Join a young, passionate team at TNP Italia in Milan and support consulting projects across the Automotive, Fashion & Luxury, Retail, Pharma and other sectors. You will work on supply‑chain, warehouse, customer‑experience and digital‑transformation missions while building strong project‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and analyse operational data and documentation for client projects.
• Support on‑site activities at client facilities and interact with operational teams.
• Monitor processes, identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the execution, follow‑up and reporting of project activities.
• Prepare analysis results, reports and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate project committees, workshops and day‑to‑day client requests.
• Contribute to business‑development studies, benchmarking and partnership evaluation.
• Participate in brand‑awareness initiatives, social‑media content creation and event organisation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or related field (final‑year students welcome).
• Willingness to travel across Italy and hold a valid Category B driving licence.
• Proactive, curious and able to work with a degree of autonomy.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
