Junior Manager, Social Media Management

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Manager to own the day‑to‑day social media operations for our client portfolio. You will translate client briefs into high‑performing content across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring every post is on‑brand and on‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update content calendars, publishing schedules and internal workflows for multiple accounts.
• Lead the monthly content production process from brief alignment to final delivery, coordinating creative teams and managing approval rounds.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, handling feedback, asset approvals and ad‑hoc requests efficiently.
• Brief creative and coordination teams on content specifications, guaranteeing compliance with format and brand guidelines for both organic and video assets.
• Track performance metrics, compile reports and translate data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong editorial instincts to spot errors before publication.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content production and campaign execution.

Required skills
