Junior Pre-Sales Engineer – Mobile Construction (Graduate Program)

About the role

As a Junior Pre‑Sales Engineer in the Mobile Construction sector, you will join Bosch Rexroth’s Graduate Specialist Program and support the Sales Construction Machinery team. You will act as a technical and sales partner for customers, helping to introduce and implement Bosch Rexroth’s mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the full Mobile portfolio, including hydraulic components, electronics, software, electric motors, inverters and IoT services.
• Collaborate with the local Application team and the headquarters in Germany to share best practices and drive growth.
• Own projects from definition of technical specifications with customers to on‑site implementation support.
• Monitor market trends and guide customers toward the most effective solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in engineering or a related technical field.
• Interest in combining technology with sales in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
