Junior Project Manager – In‑Store Digital Solutions

About the role

M‑Cube is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its Operations & Delivery team. You will plan, lead and execute projects that deliver digital signage, in‑store radio and interactive solutions for retail customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, cost and quality.
• Coordinate internal departments and external partners for scheduling, procurement, preparation, configuration, shipment and installation of digital signage systems.
• Organise and lead project status meetings, steering committees and project reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables, manage risks, handle non‑compliances and escalate critical issues.
• Collect business needs, translate them into internal requirements and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate project data in the internal CRM and cloud‑based tools.
• Support additional project‑management activities as needed.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers to define, plan and deliver project tasks.
• Motivated team player who can facilitate alignment between stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of ensuring customer satisfaction.
