About the role
We are a fashion menswear footwear company seeking a creative Junior Shoes Designer to join our Milan studio. Working directly with the Design Team, you will contribute to the development of upcoming collections in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of Design in developing new shoe collections.
- Conduct creative research and trend analysis to inform design direction.
- Create initial sketches and concepts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications, including colour palettes, constructions, materials, and accessories.
Required profile
- Degree or strong background in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or Product Design.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong ability in both technical and free‑hand drawing.
- Creative mindset with refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Passion for menswear footwear and fashion.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
