Junior Trainee – Corporate M&A

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Trainee to join our Corporate M&A team, supporting major domestic and international clients on complex cross‑border transactions. The role offers hands‑on experience in public and private M&A, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and related regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in the preparation and execution of M&A transactions, including due‑diligence, drafting and reviewing agreements.
• Conduct legal research on antitrust, corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.
• Support the coordination of cross‑border deals involving multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
• Interact directly with clients and internal teams to gather information and provide updates.
• Participate in internal training sessions and mentorship programmes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or graduate currently enrolled in a Master’s programme.
• Strong academic record with excellent command of English.
• Motivation to develop a career in corporate M&A within an international law firm.
