Key Account Manager – Utility

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Utility will lead sales of TBEA’s solar inverter and power station solutions, including BESS, Statcom, micro‑grid, SCADA and TB‑eCloud services for utility‑scale projects. You will act as the primary liaison with key utility customers, ensuring their technical and commercial needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of central and string inverters, BESS, Statcom, micro‑grid, SCADA and cloud services in utility‑scale solar projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, coordinating internal resources to understand and fulfil customer requirements.
• Conduct market investigations, report findings and propose strategies for market development and key‑account approaches.
• Optimize sales, technical support, delivery and service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and secure long‑term partnerships.
• Manage payment collection and ensure timely invoicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, electronics, electrical engineering, renewables or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales or business development experience in utility‑scale solar projects with established key‑account relationships.
• Strong teamwork orientation, target‑driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of local renewable energy policies and risk‑control practices.
• Experience in solar inverter, solar module sales or project development is a plus.
