KPI Architect – Performance Measurement Lead

About the role

Exelab is looking for a KPI Architect to embed rigorous performance measurement into its custom, AI‑enabled solutions. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work across multiple high‑impact projects, ensuring that every initiative starts with clear objectives and a robust monitoring system.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Value Builders and Project Managers during discovery phases to define measurable KPIs, baselines, targets and evaluation criteria.
• Translate vague business goals into concrete, actionable metrics and create reusable templates for future projects.
• Facilitate structured conversations with clients to make success criteria explicit, quantified and mutually agreed.
• Support Value Builders on complex analytical challenges that require specialized methodologies.
• Verify the impact of deployed solutions and maintain an overview of performance across the entire project portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to ask the right questions that turn data into stories.
• Experience in designing measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to align clients and internal teams on success criteria.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects and deliver objective, data‑driven insights.
