Lean Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lean Support professional to join our cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Quality, Operations and Process Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute ideas and support the implementation of Lean projects such as 5S, Kaizen events and layout optimizations.
• Promote Lean principles across different groups and act as a liaison between Quality, Operations and Process Engineering.
• Communicate the Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Develop, deliver and sustain employee training programs on Lean concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics.
• Strong passion for Lean production, operations and innovation.
• Well‑organized, team‑oriented and able to turn problems into solutions.
• Fluent in English.
