About the role
The Learning & Development Internship offers a hands‑on introduction to Human Resources within the luxury fashion sector. You will support the HR team in delivering training programmes, gaining insight into the day‑to‑day operations of a global brand.
Key responsibilities
- Contact attendees and representatives about upcoming training sessions.
- Organise logistical aspects of training, including travel, hotel bookings, catering, and material preparation.
- Schedule conference lines, rooms, and other presentation logistics.
- Record and maintain attendance records and update internal training databases.
- Partner with the Training Manager to design online surveys and collect feedback.
- Monitor mandatory e‑learning completion rates using Excel reports.
- Assist the Learning & Development Manager with induction planning.
- Create training aids such as agendas, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual materials.
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel and general IT tools.
- Willingness to work full‑time and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Professional, enthusiastic, dynamic, and able to integrate well within a team.
