Legal Back Office Specialist

About the role

The Legal Back Office Specialist ensures that all commercial contracts with partners are legally sound, complete, and aligned with company standards. This role supports area supervisors and coordinates with internal departments to guarantee accurate contract execution and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that contractual aspects of commercial agreements are complete and legally accurate.
• Monitor, adapt, and validate all annexes and contributions attached to contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company contractual standards across all indirect touch points.
• Support Area Supervisors in checking the legal correctness of partner contracts.
• Supervise consistency of contribution disbursements against defined budgets.
• Maintain a complete archive of contract copies.
• Activate relevant departments to oversee the provision of agreed services.
• Promote digital tools and sustainable development practices within the function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Legal Studies, Law, or a closely related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a legal back‑office, contract management, or administrative legal role.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
