Legal Specialist – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

Agrumaria Reggina is seeking a Legal Specialist to support its global legal activities. The role involves handling corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters in a fast‑paced international environment. You will work closely with business functions and external counsel to ensure legal risk is managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts.
• Support corporate secretarial and governance tasks, including minutes, powers of attorney, and delegations.
• Monitor applicable regulations and prepare internal memos and legal opinions.
• Assist with compliance matters such as Legislative Decree 231, whistleblowing, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support litigation and pre‑litigation activities.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and law firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve day‑to‑day legal issues.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• 2–3 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a dynamic global business.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with legal databases and regulatory research tools.
• Familiarity with AI systems for legal work.
