Luxury Retail Team Manager – Milan

About the role

Prada is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead one of its luxury retail departments in Milan. As the brand ambassador, you will drive sales performance, ensure an exceptional client experience, and support the growth of both in‑store and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding welcome and customer service, encouraging cross‑selling across product categories.
• Analyse department performance, define actions to meet business objectives and provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
• Motivate the team to exceed KPIs, stay updated on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
• Develop the e‑commerce channel and strengthen customer loyalty through targeted client‑eling activities.
• Train and inspire sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
• Ensure visual presentation, back‑of‑house organization, asset protection and staff grooming standards.

Required profile

• Passion and deep knowledge of the assigned product category.
• Business‑driven mindset with strong leadership and influencing abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and natural ability to serve luxury clients.
• Confident, enthusiastic, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
