Maintenance Technician – Production Plant

About the role

Kering Eyewear is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the production plant in Setteville. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, supporting continuous production and upholding the brand’s high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Guarantee equipment operates within quality and safety specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers for specialised interventions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and generate maintenance reports.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to minimise downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for plant assets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to independently diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Proven competence in planning and managing preventive maintenance activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with standard IT tools for reporting and documentation.
• Experience in the eyewear sector is a plus.
