Managing Director – Southern Europe Food & Beverage (Spanish)

About the role

The Managing Director for Southern Europe will lead the regional growth and overall performance of a leading international food & beverage company. Reporting to the Group, you will own the full P&L and be responsible for delivering the commercial strategy across multiple Southern European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional strategy aligned with Group objectives, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, meeting net turnover, EBITDA and cash‑flow targets.
• Lead the commercial strategy, key‑account development and new‑business opportunities.
• Oversee pricing, contract negotiations and commercial policies in line with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, implement corrective actions and drive operational excellence.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing regional organisation, including talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other corporate functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in the food or beverage industry, preferably at a regional or country‑level.
• Full P&L accountability experience with a track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop key‑account relationships.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Hands‑on leadership style, capable of driving both strategic vision and day‑to‑day execution.
