Outpatient Development Lead – International

About the role

The Outpatient Development Lead will drive the definition and scaling of outpatient management approaches across country organizations for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson MedTech business. This hybrid role combines strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and direct engagement with customers to shift orthopaedic care toward outpatient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a consistent outpatient management framework with country teams.
• Support customers in transitioning appropriate procedures to outpatient settings.
• Collaborate closely with the International Partnership Lead and other functional leaders.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet regional targets.
• Provide training and best‑practice guidance to sales and clinical teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MedTech sales or key account management.
• Strong understanding of outpatient orthopaedic solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross‑functional, international environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in English; additional language(s) for Italy or the UK are a plus.
