About the role

The Planning Specialist consolidates collection and core product plans into a single production demand for a dedicated manufacturing hub. The role translates this demand into an effective schedule, optimising capacity and workforce saturation across all product types.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate collection and permanent product plans into a unified production demand for each production pole.
• Develop and maintain short‑, mid‑, and long‑term schedules aligned with available capacity.
• Prioritise sequencing to maximise manpower utilisation and line efficiency.
• Continuously update schedules in response to demand shifts, capacity changes, or operational constraints.
• Serve as the primary planning liaison for the assigned production pole and validate feasibility with pole planners.
• Support poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks and bottlenecks.
• Communicate clearly between planning and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor production progress versus plan, identify deviations and propose re‑planning actions.
• Track KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilisation.
• Contribute to process improvements and develop standard planning rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in fashion, apparel or luxury.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, workforce planning and operational constraints.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management and pragmatic communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; French is a plus.
