Plant Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Department of our Vezzano sul Crostolo plant seeks a Plant Quality Manager to lead the quality function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards for our international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and supervise the Quality team covering incoming inspection, internal quality, and customer quality.
• Collaborate with plant management to define and implement quality strategic plans.
• Align plant quality practices with central Quality Management and Method functions.
• Monitor plant quality KPIs and report regularly to top management.
• Handle internal and external non‑conformities, applying problem‑solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Whys.
• Lead product, process and system quality audits performed by internal auditors, external inspectors or customers.
• Manage finished‑product sampling for sales (customer PPAP) and support supplier qualification (supplier ISIR).
• Participate in product and process development, conducting D‑FMEA and P‑FMEA analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent analytical mindset and familiarity with quality standards and audit procedures.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.
