Procurement Leader

About the role

The Procurement Leader will head the operational procurement team, ensuring that orders are processed on time, with high quality and efficiency. This role acts as the central point for resolving critical supply‑chain issues and aligning procurement with planning, product development and production functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the procurement team and monitor daily order management, delivery tracking and deviation handling.
• Coordinate with suppliers to quickly resolve delivery, quality or quantity problems.
• Implement corrective processes together with the Purchasing team to mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Work with Industrialization, Product and Quality teams to secure technical approvals before order release.
• Manage quality holds, returns and DIBA anomalies to keep delivery plans on track.
• Maintain constant interaction with Planning, Product Development and Production to anticipate operational challenges.
• Monitor performance KPIs with the KPI & Reporting Analyst and propose process improvements.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews in partnership with Purchasing and the KPI analyst.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent data‑visualisation tools.
