Project Coordinator – In‑house Studio (Milan)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our high‑output in‑house studio in Milan. You will be the central point of contact that guides content production projects – from brief to delivery – across video, web, eCommerce, print and point‑of‑sale assets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to capture content requirements and brief the creative team with clear, precise instructions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, communicating progress, changes and risks to all stakeholders.
• Review deliverables at each production stage to ensure accuracy, brand compliance and alignment with the brief.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project data in the studio management system to provide visibility and accountability.
• Support production workflows for eCommerce, print and POS assets, flagging issues early and proposing practical solutions.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, responding promptly to requests and feedback.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and seeking continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail while handling several workstreams.
• Understanding of digital and print content production, including video, animation, web and POS materials.
• Clear, confident communication and active listening skills.
