Project Manager – E‑invoicing & AI SaaS

About the role

This hybrid position sits between solution consulting and project management, delivering e‑invoicing projects for large enterprise customers across Europe while shaping product strategy and compliance road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver European e‑invoicing and compliance projects, typically managing 15‑20 workstreams per client.
• Collaborate with customer delivery teams, product, compliance and customer‑success functions.
• Support the Global Centre of Excellence in product strategy and regulatory alignment for multiple European markets.
• Focus on key markets where mandates are active or upcoming (Belgium, Poland, Spain, France, soon Germany).
• Ensure solutions meet local compliance requirements and feed insights into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of e‑invoicing processes and country‑specific mandates.
• At least 2 years of project‑management or solution‑consulting experience (sales background considered if familiar with e‑invoicing mandates).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; team‑oriented.
• Based in Italy (preferred) or Spain, Germany, Belgium, France; fully remote work possible.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially French or German) are a plus.
