Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects, working with international clients and a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Facilitate customer meetings, steering committees and status reviews.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, implementation consultants, solution engineers and customer success teams.
• Use AI‑powered tools and automation to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Monitor performance, identify risks early and drive escalations when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, templates and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, planning, risk, change control, stakeholder communication).
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously with high organization.
• Experience working directly with external customers in a client‑facing role.

Required skills

• Project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, Precursive or similar.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or related technologies.
