Project Manager – Nutrition & Health (Italy)

About the role

SPX FLOW is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, multimillion‑dollar capital projects for its Nutrition & Health portfolio in Italy. Based in the Milan office (Peschiera) you will work closely with internal engineering teams and global customers to deliver projects that meet quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Deliver projects to SPX FLOW and customer quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and keep internal and client stakeholders informed.
• Support the bid process owner with planning, risk management and execution strategy.
• Organise weekly/monthly review meetings with clients and internal teams and produce required reports.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular visits (at least bi‑weekly).
• Travel across Europe, including visits to engineering sites in France, Denmark, Poland and the Czech Republic, as project needs dictate.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects (up to €20 million or more).
• Strong drive, hardworking attitude and comfort working remotely.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry is strongly desired.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal functions and external clients.
