Remote Software Engineer

About the role

Turing, a leading AI research accelerator, is seeking a Remote Software Engineer to help create high‑quality datasets for training and benchmarking large language models. You will work closely with AI researchers to curate code examples, provide precise solutions, and improve AI‑generated code across multiple programming languages.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and correct code examples in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance enterprise‑level AI‑driven coding solutions.
• Build verification agents that assess code quality and detect error patterns.
• Hypothesize software‑engineering workflow steps and evaluate model capabilities on them.
• Design automated verification mechanisms for software‑engineering tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software‑engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in building full‑stack, production‑grade applications.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, debugging, and code‑review processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication for clear evaluation rationales.
