Room Service Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Service Waiter to join the team at Aman Rosa Alpina in San Cassiano, Italy. In this position you will deliver a private, refined dining experience directly to guests’ rooms and suites, upholding the high standards of the hotel’s culinary service.

Key responsibilities

• Take room‑service orders by phone, confirming dietary preferences and special requests with a courteous and professional tone.
• Prepare trays and service trolleys with precise mise‑en‑place, ensuring all cutlery, condiments and linens are perfectly arranged.
• Deliver orders promptly to guest suites or terraces, setting the table according to Aman’s standards of elegance.
• Inspect each dish before departure to verify temperature, presentation and quality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for discreet removal of used trays and trolleys.
• Assist with mini‑bar restocking and maintenance when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in in‑room dining or food‑and‑beverage service within a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with clear and warm telephone communication.
• Professional discretion and respect for guest privacy.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy trays and move efficiently throughout the property.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to meet promised delivery times.
