About the role
As a Sales Executive focused on the SMB segment in Italy, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building a robust pipeline and supporting senior sales staff. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced environment where you can develop your sales expertise while representing a leading global delivery platform.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to SMB prospects.
- Qualify leads from various sources and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Contact prospects via cold calls, professional emails and WhatsApp Business.
- Present Glovo’s services, identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and senior Sales Executives.
- Report weekly, monthly and quarterly results to the Sales Team Leader.
- Stay informed about new products, pricing and payment plans.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable making phone calls and writing professional emails.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
- High proficiency in Italian (C1 level).
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
