Senior Architecture Advisor – Clean Core BTP

About the role

The Senior Architecture Advisor – Clean Core BTP works within SAP’s Customer Value Group to bridge customer business strategies with SAP cloud‑based solutions. You will define enterprise‑level architecture visions, create transformation roadmaps, and guide customers toward a clean‑core SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an SAP Architecture Vision tailored to each customer’s business model and industry reference architecture.
• Design and deliver business and solution architecture artefacts, target state definitions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support cloud and hybrid transformation planning, focusing on standard cloud applications and technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP Clean Core Framework and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption.
• Evaluate existing custom code and extensibility practices, recommending modernization paths aligned with SAP’s clean‑core strategy.
• Guide customers in using ABAP Cloud and Key‑User Extensibility for scalable, upgrade‑safe extensions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in SAP enterprise architecture and cloud transformation.
• Proven ability to align business capabilities with SAP solution design.
• Strong advisory skills with a focus on customer success and roadmap governance.
